I have been using Continuum for a number of years now to manage my finances. Martin Hunt is an extremely good financial advisor and has supported me and my family through some very difficult times and decisions but has already shown get empathy and understanding. Martin has always sought the best products for my risk profile and has never pressured me into accepting recommendations. He has always be respectful of my time, thought process and decisions made; something that is so important as making life financial decisions is something that can never be rushed.

In 2016 we retired to Norfolk from Derbyshire and wanted someone local to help with our financial matters. We engaged Peter Barton at Continuum before actually retiring and moving so he would be better placed to advise on retirement planning. He has advised us on a range of issues including pensions/retirement planning & investments. Some people honestly believe that they can take care of their own finances and to employ an advisor is a waste of money. Peter has blown such thinking out of the water as far as we are concerned. He has regularly been able to advise us of factors relating to, for example, tax and retirement planning that we could not have even thought of ourselves. The fees he has charged over the years have been easily paid for through the added financial value his advice has brought. Peter is not only very clearly accomplished in his field but also has a friendly, patient yet professional approach to clients which means he can explain quite complex financial issues in simple language for which we are ever grateful. We are not speaking lightly when we say that we would not hesitate to recommend Peter. We met two advisors initially but after we’d had the free hour’s consultation with Peter we soon realised there was no contest.
