A. M.I spoke with Daniel at length about my options on a loan that was costing me 25% APR.
He very patiently went through all of my options and made me understand exactly the situation I was in and what the options were.
At the time, I didn't really have much of an option through consolidation as other lenders didn't look favourably upon me because of my affordability.
I have however received payment from a reputable loan company at 9.4% APR meaning I can now clear the 25% loan and over the next few years save a significant amount of money.
I am writing this review with extreme gratitude to Daniel as he was very informative, very patient, empathic, a great listener and extremely professional. He's an asset to your team and deserves the recognition and praise for doing such a great job he even followed up with courtesy calls.
For me, the advice was extremely useful and without it I'd be stuck in the same position.
I believe I also spoke with an Ahmed and Waheed who were also very helpful and professional.
