Before choosing (KR) Key retirement I rang two other companies but was unimpressed with the initial contact. Steve Baldwin from KR made two appointments to see me. He explained everything clearly and concisely all of which was accompanied by written documentation. The second appointment was for my daughter reassuring her that I fully understood the whole process. Not once did I feel pressurised and the payment was in my account within 5 weeks. At 75 Equity release has enabled me to do home improvements and to travel 'business class' to Australia. It's just wonderful. Thank you Key Retirement for a swift efficient process.

Amazing from start to finish. Initially Elaine (a very lovely lady) came and went through all our options step by step. She advised re all the steps taken to arrive at our required outcome.
