A professional and knowledgeable approach, paired with good humour and a personal service mean that the important things are always taken care of, and meetings are anything but dull. Jonathan and his colleagues feel like an extension of our own team, acting with proactivity, clarity and sound advice, both from a business and personal accountancy perspective.

We switched accountancy firms to Whitehead & Aldrich last year and Jonathan and his colleagues have proved to be a very friendly and approachable team who respond to any queries with prompt and good advice. We took up their suggestion of updating from Sage Accounts to Xero which, with their assistance, was a seamless procedure and has really simplified our book-keeping. Our financial information is now easily accessible in a user-friendly format which is updated on a daily basis. We have no hesitation in recommending both Whitehead & Aldrich and Xero.

Excellent, outstanding, professional and dedicated are just a few choice words I would use to describe this firm of accountants. ( I could go on but Jonathan still needs to fit through the door!) We have been running a business for 25+ years now, so I knew what we needed - finding it was near impossible. Like most we have encountered good and bad patches, we have had several firms of accountants along the way some have cost us greatly, not only financially but with poor advice and support. So disillusioned, by chance I put Jonathan to the test, he had a big job to restore my faith in the profession. What were mountains soon became molehills, I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasure and relief it was to find this firm - and know I can pick up the phone anytime and I wont feel there is a clock ticking with a bill to follow. Jonathan and his team have been a great support to us, and Whitehead & Aldrich have excelled where others failed us. I don't really want to share this as it could give them more business but if they continue to do what they do well then I am sure so many more can gain from their services. I also no longer dread the monthly DD leaving the bank as their fees are consistently fair which is another big plus! we can leave them to do what they do best and get on with confidence knowing they are there if we need them. A traditional accountancy firm with a modern edge. I cannot recommend W&A Chartered Accountants enough. I moved my business to W&A following a bad experience with my previous accountants.
