Since my first encounter with Masterplan Financial, I have always been pleased with their service and expertise. We have been with them for many years now, and they have always stayed on top of mortgage needs and made sure we have the best product. Stephen and Natalie in particular are fantastic. Absolutely fantastic service, do not hesitate to use Masterplan. Deanne and Natalie have been amazing from the beginning - responsive, quick to act, highly knowledgeable, professional, personable, excellent value for money, tenacious throughout the entire process and genuinely care - above and beyond what I would have expected! I have a "complicated" pay structure and Deanne was able to use her in- depth knowledge of the industry to ensure that all appropriate elements of my pay were able to be used for my mortgage application - many of my colleagues have found this to be a challenge but not with Deanne! She was then able to leverage her strong relationships with the lenders, to ensure once the formal application was submitted it had the best chance of being approved, saving the lengthy back and forth which can sometimes happen. When we encountered a road bump, due to the bank's valuers (Nothing to do with Masterplan) Deanne and Natalie were on hand to advise and ensure the building survey which the bank requested was approved quickly. Natalie acted with initiative and lent on their industry experience and natural tenacity to ensure approvals from the valuer. Throughout, Deanne and Natalie have acted as liaison between all third parties, including the estate agent, solicitors, building surveyor, bank, valuers and myself. This has taken a lot of weight off of my shoulders and simplified the entire process. Thank you so much both!!!

I'd like to say a big thanks to Jon and the Team at Masterplan. I was in a sticky situation selling, buying and re-mortgaging at the same time where previous advisors had let me down. I really wish I had gone to Masterplan sooner! Jon and the Team really took the bull by the horns and sorted my situation out in time to meet vital deadlines. Their knowledge, communications, responsiveness and value for money are the best I've seen out there. Jon also went above and beyond helping with a down-valuation situation and providing the necessary inroads after my mortgages were sorted out. We have used the company twice. They are good professional in their job. I would suggest before visiting any broker do your homework WELL and have some rough figures on exactly what you intend to achieve. Also speak to people/family who have been in the same journey for advices and get to know the do and the don't.
