Hello everyone looking at the reviews, The bad reviews on here about the company are by some staff who no longer work in Avask. They probably have some personal grudge over the company/managers/directors for the loss of their jobs. If you are seeking Accounting/VAT/Compliance/Tax services please do not rely on these reviews. These reviews are not from Genuine CLIENTS instead these are the reviews only from some lost mind ex-employees. If you are concern about the quality of service, please check our reviews on Amazon from our legit clients all over the world, about our services. If you are a candidate and looking to get a job, please do not get put off by these reviews, just to give you the numbers, Company is almost 7 years old, and had an organic rapid growth. Since I have joined the company (Aug 2018), almost all the staff who were here, are still working here and there is next to nil turnover in staff. In one year, the staff numbers gone more than double, amongst the new staff the company and the staff has witnessed, the retention rate of 90-95% with new staff. It is such a shame to see such reviews by some staff, only because either those people had to leave the job or things did not work out for whatever reason. On the name of professionalism this is the cheapest conduct one can expect from another employee. I hope they ever grow up and keep things at practical level with a professional approach. These people who are commenting do not realise the potential consequences to them and to all the people working here, hope they get some sanity soon.

My company has been with AVASK Accounting & Business Consultants since our previous accountants messed up our annual returns about five years ago. Their client on-boarding process is smooth and seamless. We provided all the details to our account manager Stan and he was able to correct the errors that our previous accountants made and provided us with correct information and valuable advice that stopped us from getting a large fine from HMRC. Since then, our annual returns, VAT and statutory account filings with HMRC have been handled expertly by the team at AVASK. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to any SME or start-up business (as this is the type of business we are). The management team at AVASK are friendly and are always there for you if you have a question: all you need to do is pick up the phone and ask them - and if the person is busy they will call you back very quickly. Truly excellent customer care and services. Going forward, we will be moving our day-to-day book-keeping over to AVASK as well, as they are the experts and we are getting too busy to effectively manage the process in-house. Thanks AVASK! You've got a client for life!

AVASK have been dealing with my accounts across my businesses for the last 7 years. The service has always been first class, prompt and professional. Over these years, the company has grown significantly, mainly down to the passion, drive and enthusiasm of the staff and owners. When I saw these reviews and heard about the staff making them, I was horrified, for a reputable company that places a lot of emphasis on staffing, this is certainly not the culture I have seen. With all reviews, we are welcome to our own opinions, mine are based on the service I have been provided and would like to thank all that look after my accounts to a very high standard. For those staff that feel that they have been dealt a harsh blow, reflect, learn and move forwards with professionalism not a heavy heart, look at the opportunity as a learning curve, understand your strengths and see what you can do in the future to be a better version of yourself. Impeccable, professional, unique and hardworking members of staff who work in this company. I have been in AVASK's books now for 6 years and they have been very efficient with my accounts, book keeping, checking on how my company is getting on and checking up on me as a business owner!!!. Not only have they managed to build my trust in the business, but I have developed a very good working relationship with the directors and the staff. The staff are paid very well, the directors give all their busy time to enhance their members of staffs growth and their wellbeing . Majority of the staff still working here are those who were there from the beginning and they recognise how valued and protected they are by the directors. The sour ex- staff member who is writing horrendous, unnecessary and very hurtful reviews under various fake accounts does not represent the company!!

We started working with Avask in March 19, as we needed Accounting, Bookkeeping and international VAT compliance all-in-one. We also needed our accountants to be familiar with A2X, Amazon, and Xero. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Emily, Chris, Zamil, Sue, Alessandra, Kane and the rest of the team have been absolutely fantastic. We came to them, after our previous bookkeeper had not understood A2X software properly, and ended up under-declaring revenue and leaving us with a huge unexpected VAT liability. There was a lot of work needed to bring our Xero account up to scratch, and the team have spent countless hours answering my questions and suggesting ideas to support my goals. I really feel like everyone genuinely has a passion for what they do and really want to get it done right, which is invaluable. Five Star Service. Worth Every Penny.

As a new business entering the marketplace, I had only a small and limited understanding on the requirements from HMRC, VAT and the day-to-day running of our accounts. So I approached the experts, as an IT engineer I have no idea about accounts or Tax or Vat or anything really. I was pleased to find out how straightforward it was to setup the company accounts, which software to use, how the statutory reporting to HMRC works and our requirements as an employer for VAT, NI and taxes. AVASK Accounting & Business Consultants lead us through the process and I would like to say that it felt truly effortless, which is a major bonus when you are so busy trying to manage the day-to-day running of my new business. The staff at AVASK always seem so engaged and on the ball, which is again really re-assuring when you’re entrusting your business’ financial security to someone outside of your company. A message to the snake pit: I would recommend spending your time a little wiser – maybe applying for jobs that are adequate to your own ability. If you had invested as much time and effort in your jobs as you have in these reviews, you may not have been dismissed for gross misconduct or resigned to the “overload” of work.
