C.I've been working with Matthew on his Sandler Mastery course for the last 3 months, and if I said those 3 months had been life-changing, you probably wouldn't believe me, but that would definitely be a mistake!! Matthew has exceeded beyond my wildest expectations and helped me get off to the best start on my journey to Self-Employment that I could possibly imagine. The Sandler Sales model and content are second to none, they're world-renowned, but the extra value that Matthew brings to the table is immeasurable! His life and business experience are exceptional, I find it highly engaging how he weaves his experiences into the training material to make for a much more memorable learning experience. L. H.Back in 2019, I was lucky to be invited to join a cohort of like-minded, local business owners to participate in Sandler Foundations training. Having started my business in 2018, and having never had any form of sales training due to the nature of my profession and expertise, I was grateful for meeting Roy Johnson (and MDH, of course) who wanted to support me through my business journey by imparting their sales and leadership expertise on me to help me become a successful business person as well as HR expert.
I use Sandler Foundations in my working life to help me shape business decisions and ensure I am continually evolving my sales pipeline for the good of my business profitability. S. D.As a busy video and animation company, we never thought we'd have time or the need for something such as sales training, I mean, video is meant to sell itself, right? However, after going on one of Roy's taster sessions a few years ago now, we realised just how bad we were at selling ourselves and decided to appoint him as our sales trainer.
Sales training can be a bit of a "chicken and egg" situation, in that you need sales to be able to afford the training but need the training in order to get in the sales. Almost immediately after completing Foundations, we'd easily recouped our investment as selling became easier and after the first year we'd almost doubled our turnover. Roy has not only helped us increase our sales but also shown us how to save time and communicate with each other more effectively.
If you or your team struggle with sales in any shape or form, find yourself discounting to get deals over the line, or even hate cold-calling, have a 5-minute chat with Roy. We're still his students 5 years on and wouldn't be without his advice. We can't recommend or thank him highly enough for everything he's taught us.

As a professional accountant, I am fully qualified in role-specific functions such as taxation, law and the preparation of financial statements. It’s fair to say, though, that during my career I had not previously received any formal training in how to run my company, nor how to get the most out of the most important asset in my business; my staff.
This all changed when Roy invited me to a Sandler Management Solutions taster session.
