A. k.I had an existing policy through L&G and thought I was on the best deal, then an adviser named Mark Turner called me and went through all the other options I had. He put me on a vitality policy that was based on my activity levels, I now get lots of benefits and I am saving over £15 per month. Would highly recommend this company and the service they have provided me. So far cannot fault the service

The advisor (Tom) that was allocated to me was excellent. The organisation clearly have a process which he followed and left me feeling assured (as far as one can be in these matters) that things were being dealt with appropriately. I’m exceptionally busy so maintaining contact with me was often difficult. However Tom was persistent in attempting to reach me, sent me information when he said he would, checked to be sure I had received it and patiently explained the options.
Based on his review and my future plans, I did choose to move a pension from one provider to another based solely on his recommendation.

L. S.Cold call received, lovely polite man called Ken. Couldn't have asked for a better first point of call. Next Mark Turner called to go through deals, even though I was refused for first deal discussed this man was patient, polite and thorough (also friendly, and generally human) totally unlike other companies I have dealt with. Even though I couldn't get coverage I originally wanted mark went above and beyond to offer the best deal available to me in my circumstances. I wasn't fed any lies to get me to pay more, and to put the finishing touches to this most impressive service, I wasn't given a generic call centre number for any queries or issues, I was sent a text with Mark Turners DIRECT LINE NUMBER AND E-MAIL ADDRESS!!! Obviously I am yet to receive policy details from company etc. But this company cannot get high enough praise from me, and that is down to the cold caller Ken and the account manager Mark Turner. This company are brokers with a personal touch. 😁

Gave me loads of information i wasn't gave with my previous company. And hes referred me to his colleague to look at building insurance. Top man. 5 Stars!

R. J.I have to comment on my experience with this company. I previously had lots of quotes for life insurance and the process was becoming quite complicated because of my medical conditions. The advisor, Mitchal, was very patient and explored all avenues to help me. Further to that, they are now helping me with my pension. Can't fault.
