They also provide ‘extra mile service’ a term I’ve used to describe this. Because they have helped me adapt things in my business which has well made and saved me a lot of money. I feel supported and looked after by Dennis and Turnbull. I know they are very popular because in my industry I hear their name mentioned a lot but they treat me like I am priority which I think is a unique selling point. They respond to all my emails and phone calls straight away and always put me on teh phone to specialist if I ask. To me they are more than an accountings, I use them for advice and business development too. As a small business they have given me resources i could’t afford to pay individually myself. I operate in the world of franchising. In this sector especially D&T are a name that can be trusted to deliver first class service, advice and guidance. They are switched on to the nuances of the sector and play a leading role within the British Franchise Association. I believe one or more of the SMT have served as a NED at the BFA. I rely on them for crystal clear facts which they deliver in a very timely and concise manner. More generally, they have their finger on the pulse of the business world and I look out for their regular missives and workshops which are always filled with useful, useable information that very often I would not have been aware of. I’ve never struggled to get a view, opinion or heads up on a direction I’m looking at in business from D&T. I think they are a first class team and I greatly value their support and efforts on my behalf. I rate them 5 Stars because there isn’t an option to rate them any more! Otherwise I would have give them 10 stars. They’re that good.

Although I have had a couple of issues with D and T in the past (hence four stars here, not 5), I feel that businesses do sometimes get thing wrong and D and T acknowledged this and said they were going to change things around. I don’t have experience of the whole team, but would just like to say that Shivan Vaya, who did my accounts this year restored my faith to a great degree. I had good service and communication and a lot of help with multiple queries. Shivan was usually available on the end of a phone, or if not, got back to me quickly and he clearly has a good understanding of how my business works, and a number of my colleagues who have the same accountant have said the same.
