Excellent support in all aspects of the mortgage process. It is the 3rd time in 2 years we have sought Jack's help with getting a mortgage and he has been superb in all the three cases covering a residential, a holiday let and a buy to let mortgage. Jack is a fantastic financial advisor. He is quick to respond and always goes the extra mile. He is also lovely to talk to, funny and warm, and always takes the time to explain something if you’re not sure. I was recommended TFA, and Jack Stacey in particular, and what a great piece of advice it turned out to be. Jack has been absolutely fantastic through the whole process of my house move and mortgage application. He was always on hand to answer any query, and did so honestly and efficiently. I was told by friends that I could do all the leg work myself and save a bit of money but I absolutely would use TFA again! 100% without doubt. The fee's are minimal compared to the work they put in, and I would happily pay it again. Genuinely can't recommend TFA and Jack enough. Top quality service is sometimes hard to find, but look no further than these guys!! You won't be disappointed.
