We can not recommend this company enough! From the initial consultation with Craig we instantly knew our pensions were in safe hands. The team especially Lauren & Nicole worked hard and were resilient in ensuring they kept in contact to update every step during the changes to our pension plan. Even when there was no movement they kept us appraised. After having been let down in the past It was a great relief to finally find a company that value their customers regardless financial status. Thank you everyone at Belgrave Wincham we are extremely grateful and can look forward to a comfortable retirement.

Belgrave Wincham were one of the IFA's recommended from 'Unbiased'. I tried another first, due to their proximity, but didn't feel comfortable. Having left it a while I contacted Belgrave Wincham by email in December 2021. A couple of days later I spoke with Tom, who listened to my questions, assessed our situation, understood our concerns, explained some facts and proferred some solutions. I was surprised to experience such professionalism, honesty, knowledge and advice packaged so nicely and freely. Due to matters beyond my control I didn't make contact again until April 2022, when I called and spoke to Beth. Again the same helpful experience. Having dealt with other financial organisations and received poor customer care and service, this was an absolute pleasure. I felt confident that I could discuss my family's situation and be dealt with helpfully and professionally. A meeting was arranged with Craig Roberts for the free initial discussion between myself, my mother and Craig. My mother and I travelled to the office in Wrexham and were met by Beth. We were made comfortable with drinks and biscuits in a meeting room whereupon Craig came in. Following introductions, discussion took place about our perceived issues and concerns, illustrated with figures in a spreadsheet I had compiled. Craig demonstrated his knowledge, explained the situation to us clearly, openly, honestly and extremely professionally. There was just one item needed for Craig to base his recommendations on, but, he thought there would be no need for me to engage his professional services at this time. Craig made us feel assured and comfortable with our financial situation. I emailed the information Craig required and there commenced a phone discussion a few days later. I don't need to go into my personal details, but, at every juncture Belgrave Wincham have been respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, informed, professional and above all customer focussed. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I take great pleaure recommending Belgrave Wincham. I have done so already to a couple of friends. Their service for me was definitely 5 star. Service like theirs deserves recommendation. I don't normally put my name to reviews, on this occasion I am more than happy to do so.

I chose Belgrave Wincham when thinking of taking early retirement. Before taking this big step in life I wanted to make sure my finances were able to give me what I require financially. After an initial free of charge consultation I was impressed with the professionalism and excellent advice which perfectly fitted my expectations offered by Tom Foulkes, post consultation I decided I would request Belgrave Wincham to represent me concerning my pensions and investments. My decision was also based on the fact Belgrave Wincham are a new up and coming business. Whilst both Financial Advisors Tom and Craig are relatively young they both are experienced. Taking both these factors into consideration I feel Belgrave Wincham will be going the extra mile to promote their business. So far my experiences with Belgrave Wincham have backed up my initial instincts. In the complicated world of pensions everything has been communicated in a way which is easy to understand, with updates provided as soon as developments occur. On one occasion I called to speak to Tom who was not available however Craig helped me with my question with the same diligence Tom has shown when offering me advice and answers to my questions. I have also received updates from Beth advising as soon as a transaction has been received. In conclusion I find Belgrave Wincham to be an extremely professional company in the way they conduct their business. It’s early days with regard to the investments however I am confident the realistic estimated returns will provide me with the income I expect to keep me comfortable in retirement.

Tom's response to my initial enquiry was prompt and professional and we arranged an online video call to explore my requirements. Tom took a calm and structured approach to reviewing my needs in transferring an existing pension into an ethical product with lower fees and a better performance. I also wanted advice on the best way to maximise my investment using both personal and company contributions; Tom was very knowledgeable and provided good advice. The review process for my existing pension took longer than Tom anticipated due to that company being slow to release the information, but Tom's office kept me informed of progress and promptly arranged a follow up online meeting once the data and his recommendations were available. I was pleased with the recommended product, and found the online 'docusign' an expedient way of concluding the deal. I've had a disappointing experience with financial advisors in the past and have been reluctant to engage the services of another one, however I found Tom to be professional, personable, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, he is an active listener. I have opted for an annual finance review to ensure my investment remains in an optimum scheme.
