I have been using Pen Life York since 2012 when I moved to the area. I was recommended to them by an existing client. I visited an adviser at their offices and told the adviser what I wanted. I received advice which has proved over the past 9years to be very beneficial despite the current epidemic. I have a formal review once per year at my home with a written report on what hs been discussed and agreed. When I have needed a withdrawal this has been done within 7 working days. I am very pleased with the professional treatment and returns I have got from Pen Life and recommend them.

Pen Life have restored my faith in Financial Advisers. I've seen quite a few in the past who seemed heavily commission driven and this has limited my enthusiasm for taking advice! However, our Pen Life adviser listened very carefully and patiently, really took time to understand our situation, and then got all the information (some of which I'd forgotten over the years), and made recommendations, all of which has enabled us to retire earlier than we'd expected.
