I highly recommend working with Gretta to anyone who needs support and guidance with their animal behaviour/training business. I've learnt a huge amount from Gretta and I've always felt supported in decisions I've made, as well as feeling I can ask any questions I have, even if they feel silly. I now have a very different, positive view on the business side of the industry to before I signed up to Gretta's course. I've also surprised myself by enjoying learning about business and marketing. I signed up to Gretta's Unleash your Potential business course as I was looking to re brand my dog training business after relocating. The 121s were outstanding. Not just because I've really enjoyed speaking to you because you're a lovely person! But because you were able to help me see me differently. For forever I've been told that whole thing about how *you* do X is different to how other people do X and that's what you should market to. But I'll be honest, I never really believed it was true for me. That first 121 was a real shake up for me, that someone would find my weirdo system not only interesting but an actual selling point. I'm really excited about making it more of my business and using it as a proper tool for my clients but also as a way of marketing and getting the right clients for me. I've taken a lot of business courses, and still belong to a few groups that are useful in their own way, but there's nothing quite like speaking to someone who not only understands the business side of things, but what running an ethical animal business also means. Sometimes it really helps to have some concrete examples in business similar to yours so you can see what it looks and feels like. I found that invaluable especially when I was rewriting my website and looking for the right marketing messages. And your feedback on my website copy was awesome. I'm so proud of it. Your encouragement when I spoke of my desire to concentrate on fewer types of behaviour problems was kind of pivotal in really getting to grips with my client avatars and their problems. Part of the reason for signing up with you was because I knew I wanted to make the change and knew I'd need the kick to get it done without faffing around. There's still faffing to be done, and the day job definitely gets in the way of me doing as much as I'd like as quickly as I'd like. But I'm much more confident in what my steps are for the rest of the year and I'm looking forward to building a sustainable business that I can run alongside the day job without killing me!
