Absolutely amazing service from the team! I was let down by another same day flower delivery company who apparently couldn't find a florist in Aberystwyth. It was for a gift which needed to be delivered that day and come lunchtime I was panicking. I called No. 21 Flowers and they were able to produce and deliver a beautiful bouquet to a local address inside of 3 hours. Bowled over and so grateful as they saved my bacon and I had a call from one very happy recipient. 10/10 would use this store again before going anywhere else. Thanks guys!

I was incredibly impressed by my local flower delivery experience. I loved the quirky ideas and beautiful and natural flower arrangements pictured on the website. The ordering progress was incredibly simple and slick. Customer service was absolutely excellent, with regular updates at all stages of the process. My Aber friend was delighted with her beautiful flowers. What capped off my delight with the service was that somebody had taken the trouble to transcribe my message into a hand-written note to my friend. Fantastic selection of healthy vibrant plants. Some lovely unusual plants alongside some more standard varieties. Prices are perfectly fair and cater to whatever budget you have. Information on plant care was freely available. Great place, can't wait to go back.

Having visited Aberystwyth many times for work I came across No 21 when buying bouquets for colleagues. I was so in awe of Alex’ work I always said if I ever got married there would be no doubt who the florist would be! So when it came to wedding planning I made the five hour round trip just to visit the shop and talk to Alex about what I was looking for. He did not disappoint and the flowers he delivered on the day were beyond all expectations, they were so beautiful and completely nailed the brief (even though I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, more what I didn’t want!) Alex even kindly delivered them to us, about an hour’s journey each way, which really saved us a lot of stress on the day. I can’t recommend No. 21 enough, even if you aren’t after a floral arrangement still pop in and have a look, the shop is always beautifully set up and well worth a mooch.

Rang to have some birthday flowers delivered to a hotel some distance away. They were really helpful on the phone. In spite of having a wedding that day, they delivered a basket of flowers later on that weekend to the hotel. The flowers were first class- arranged well and very fresh - a lovely birthday surprise. I've just organised some flowers to be delivered by No. 21 for a funeral in Aberystwyth next week. Sounds easy but I'm located in Australia, with a different currency. Alex has been great. Very helpful with prompt informative emails. He's recommended a suitable arrangement, will deliver them on the morning of the funeral and organised for payment through PayPal which overcomes currency problems. Great friendly service

Alex is an excellent florist with brilliant ideas and quality beautiful flowers with no Chrysanthemum and Carnations like those awful, dated, out of touch florists!
