Warning: If you choose Mimosa Flowers you're only getting outstanding customer service and unreal quality work!! I live in Dublin and wanted to make a surprise to my girlfriend who lives in Belfast. I loved the way how I received an email with a 20 seconds video of the flowers i have purchased plus I happened to make a mistake with the address and the driver called me asking for directions that man was an absolute legend. Very friendly and helpful! I only wish we had more businesses with this level of service. Thanks a million guys.

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE & GORGEOUS FLOWERS! I live in California and my daughter lives in San Antonio. Our cousin lives in the north of Ireland and we wanted to send her something very special for her birthday. Enter Mimosa Florists - Wow! Just Wow! My daughter sent her arrangement and I sent mine. Just want to say a huge thank you to Mimosa Flowers. The bouquet was delivered to a dear friend who thankfully came through a nasty car accident unscathed. I ordered around 9.00 am and they were delivered by lunchtime. Bought bouquet of 100 red roses for my girlfriend as they looked amazing in the photo’s, with little green butterflies in them or it had green leaves that looked like it ,that was what I wanted but that’s not what I got , Arrived not as shown on pictures . Used Ferguson Flowers for the first time. Visited the shop around 12pm on a very busy Friday. Three girls were making bouquets and a lady was taking orders. Was surprised to see a back room full of additional flowers, so this shop, despite its small appearance, has a large array of flowers to choose from. Delivery van was being loaded with arrangements, so they are obviously busy. The lady taking my order could not have been more helpful. Decided NOT to go for the normal interflora type bouquet, as the shops own arrangements seemed far superior. I was able to choose my own colours etc and asked for a youthful, vibrant arrangement. The flowers that i ordered were delivered the next day for £5 and matched my description exactly. They were absolutely beautiful and I will definitely use this shop again.

Attended last night’s🍁 Autumn Workshop 🌿 @ Ferguson Flowers which was so much fun. This is one of the nicest floral evenings I have ever attended and such great value. As a group we made a stunning Autumnal door wreath & a Halloween themed floral arrangement. 🎃 The class was small and intimate, and under the expert tuition from Michael (with his easy and friendly manner) we crafted two beautiful pieces and gained so much knowledge about the flowers we used. 🍁🍊🍃 The workspace at FF is Instagram gold 😬 (superb studio lighting and fabulous backdrops), and lots of tea, coffee and cupcakes 🍰 from their artisan cafe was provided throughout the evening. I have been to lots of floral workshops and this by far is the best in the North. Ten out of ten across the board for value, entertainment and creativity. This would make a lovely gift, or a great night out with your girl squad. Can’t wait for the next one. Jackie x
