N.I was in a bit of hurry and needed flowers for my friends birthday and I came across this place and spoke to a lovely lady who helped me to pick the perfect bunch of flowers and arranged them beautifully with my chosen extras. She even added a pretty little pink ribbon bow at the bottom which was a cute touch. I didn’t catch her name but she was really helpful and approachable. My friend loved the flowers they were so pretty. I will continue to come here in future thank you very much. Xx

All our guests, both in person and over Zoom, absolutely loved them and they worked wonderfully with our wintry decorations. Rebecca was amazing and so helpful and flexible regarding the changing COVID-19 restrictions. She was in contact every step of the way and really went the extra mile to make sure our flowers were perfect.

The flowers are of immense quality. They were packaged beautifully, arrived safely, and are still going strong! They look beautiful and are of high quality. The flowers are also reasonably priced. Service is reliable and Rebecca answered any enquires I had throughout the process.
The only thing I could add is if it could be standard to confirm the day before delivery confirming the delivery will come, but otherwise great service. 5/5. I will come back each time I need flowers, Moor St Flowers are the most reliable shop for flowers in Birmingham.
C. M.What a wonderful company. I’ve been stranded from my partner due the travel restrictions, but was able to create a bespoke arrangement over the phone and email with Rebecca. Their prices were excellent and the quality of the flowers is among the best we’ve ever experienced from a florist: very fresh, smell lovely... and healthy! A thousand thanks again to Rebecca for dealing with a stranger thousands of miles away and taking my somewhat amateur bespoke suggestions and making an anniversary gift we’ll always remember. And they were so kind! I cannot recommend this company enough.
