The lady who dealt with me was named Chris, very helpful and she did a lovely pillow for me . I had ordered it for a Thursday morning, then I rang her on the Tuesday and asked if she could do it any earlier as we were going to Suffolk for the funeral and needed to make a earlier start. Chris said no problem and told me she would have it ready for collection on the Wednesday afternoon.
