I placed an order with Petals of Madinah for some funeral flowers. I was completely blown away at the sensitivity and care in which my enquiry was dealt with. No stone was left unturned to ensure the flowers were made to the exact specification. I ordered the flowers on the morning and by mid afternoon they were delivered with care and consideration to me. The delivery man was also very helpful and ensured the flowers were in pristine condition when they arrived. The aftercare has also been amazing. Everyone I have spoken to has been kind and thoughtful in dealing with me during a very sensitive and emotional time. Insha’Allah I will use Petals of Madinah for all my future orders. I cannot recommend Petals of Madinah enough, Jamila did such an amazing job, I ordered the luxury classic fruit basket and the exotic fruit basket for my relatives on the passing of my grandad, They were just spectacular, so well presented they were such beautiful arrangements, I was over the moon with the service, she was very polite and helpful and it was a fast next day service. A very nice store. i went to the one in washwood heath. purchased a basket for a baby girl. girl on the counter was very nice and gave us a free balloon with our order. they have a brillant variety of stuff to mugs, blankets, balloons, cards, etc. Only downside is they are a bit expensive. I think if they did lower their prices slightly; it'd be much better.

I was shopping locally for jewelry from this store for my Nikkah and walked into Petals of Madina as I noticed their window display, which looked wedding like.... so I thought let me check it out.. and I walked out with an amazing bridal bouquet and some handmade wrist flowers... the quality of flowers is amazing and the staff were very attentive and friendly. I had flowers, chocolate and fruit bouquets as well as balloons which are very reasonable prices. They only do delivery within Birmingham area but one time it was my friend's special birthday and Petals of Madinah were kind enough to deliver to Coventry. I couldn't recommend Petals of Madinah high enough. They are brilliant.

I have coming to Petals of Madinah since it opened but they don’t stop to amaze me with the quality of bouquets they deliver. I just had a bouquet delivered for my husband’s 50th bday during lockdown so I was unable to go to the shop. However, Jamila didn’t let that be a problem, with watsapp messages and helpful information they tried to make sure it was what I wanted. Payment was taken over the phone and delivered the next day to the house. The bouquet are reasonably priced and the quality of flowers are beautiful and fresh. I will keep ordering from here, the customer service is very good and the products outstanding. The only thing that is a downfall but that’s not their fault is there is no parking around there and Is situated on a busy main road. But I have parked on the side road before and the sales assistant helped me to the car.

Denise was exceptionally helpful and assisted in every way through the purchase, even helped me take flowers to the car. Parking is available on side street less than 1 min walk. The shop was nice and tidy and always fresh flowers. The service is second to none. Made a 4ft cross with Dear Brother Ribbon and the quality was first rate and exceptional indeed. So I ordered a second wreath and was available for collection within 3 hours. Magnificent. These guys are the best in funeral flowers and only use the best fresh flowers and brilliant design. They handle with care and make sure they give good advice on how to prolong the life of the flowers. Also the pricing is competitive and they have occasional offers on. I will definitely get all my flowers from Petals of Medinah in future as I have never seen a better florist in my experience. I checked out the other 2 florists as well, but Petals of Madinah was the one that stood out to me. They know how to arrange flowers well, and each creation that they made look absolutely beautiful. I soon made an appointment with Saidah and she was absolutely amazing. She was very welcoming and she took her time to discuss things with me. Overall, there isn’t anything negative to say about Petals of Madinah because it really is an awesome place and I would recommend it to my friends and relatives, if they ever need a florist. I cannot recommend Saidah and her flourist enough. I went to them with a picture of a bouquet i had seen online. I'm going for a vintage/jodha akbar look for the wedding so the design was very unique. Within a week they arranged a bridal consultation and had some amazing bouquets for me to see with no obligation. They did such a great job. The bouquet they have created for me is better then the picture and anything i could have imagined! Really friendly and helpful staff, they make you feel so comfortable and listen to your vision. I met with (governor) Saidah to discuss the flower options for my wedding. Once I entered the shop, all employees were friendly and instantly made me and my sisters feel welcome. So I got the Ferrero Roche bouquet for my Mum. I've never ordered from here before and was looking for Same Day Delivery as my Mum had just found out that her terminal cancer is now stable.
