So impressed with the service from this shop. My sister was sent home unexpectedly, on her birthday, from hospital, it was a Saturday quite late in the afternoon. She lives locally to the shop so I thought I would try this shop to see if they could help me with a same day delivery. The man who answered the phone couldn’t have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My sister was so pleased with the beautiful white and green flowers, really made her day. An excellent, friendly and flexible local florist. RFB is the kind of place you don't need to actually know your stuff to order (unlike some places that seem to look down noses at chaps unfamiliar with the lingo). You can point and say "bit of this, bit of that, erm, what else would go well?" and they'll help you out. Like autocomplete, but in a nice way. Or you can just say "what's the nicest birthday/ romantic/ sympathy bouquet I can get for £xx for someone who likes pink/purple etc?" A real problem-solver of a florist, always a pleasure to deal with.
