Tracy arranged the flowers for my nan's funeral and the service she provided was above and beyond. Tracy was so welcoming and put us at ease from the moment we met her. With her knowledge and care Tracy helped us to choose the perfect floral tributes. Tracy is gifted at creating floral arrangements that are personal, bespoke and truly special. She took the time to show us through a selection of arrangements and listen to our opinions whilst suggesting personal additions to the flower arrangements to make them just right. This included the addition of rosemary in the spray, as that was nan's name, and also including lily of the valley which we were given the roots to plant in the garden - personal touches that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Tracy orders the flowers in specifically for each funeral arrangement so on the day the flowers were so fresh, vibrant and smelled lovely. We decided to keep the flowers afterwards and they kept for weeks - we made bouquets, dried and pressed some of them. You can tell that Tracy truly cares about what she does and takes pride in ensuring the flowers are the perfect tribute. We are really grateful for the time, effort, care and attention to detail that Tracy gave to our flower arrangements. We highly recommend Tracy to everyone and it was so lovely dealing with her during a sad and difficult time. Best wishes from all of Rosemary's family x

Tracy was wonderful throughout the whole process of arranging the flowers for my sister-in-law's funeral. When I asked if she could incorporate Australian flora within the arrangement, she was most obliging and did a fantastic job. The pricing was most reasonable and the service on point.

Tracy met with us to discuss exactly how we would like the flowers for Grandad’s funeral. She showed us lots of images of her previous work to help us choose the flowers we liked and the end result was amazing. Even the funeral director commented on how wonderful they were. Everyone was able to take a small posy from the spray after the funeral to remember Grandad and celebrate his life. We cannot recommend Tracy highly enough

Flowers purchased as part of a funeral arrangement. The flowers were beautiful and of very high quality. Tracy provided brilliant guidance whilst also listening to my suggestions and the end result was exactly what was described on the phone. I felt like I was dealt with in a caring and professional way on the phone call and through emails, also noticing that emails were responded to quickly and at all times of day. Finally the price was very generous compared to other local florists.

She was delighted with them and said they smell gorgeous. I asked Tracy for an arrangement that looked like it had been gathered from the garden and she suggested adding some festive foliage to give a bit of a seasonal twist. Tracy sorted a beautiful arrangement for my Nan’s funeral. The detail she put into the cross was just lovely, and we knew my Nan would have loved it as well. Tracy also managed to source some sunflowers for me from Holland, as they aren’t currently available in England at this time of year. I was so grateful as sunflowers were my Nan’s favourite and it wouldn’t have been right not to have them. Funeral coffin spray and heart. Tracy listened so carefully to us, asking about my Dad to get a better appreciation of the style we wanted. She managed to source all the flowers and colours we wanted which was quite a feat in the current circumstances, and at short notice. Hi, just to say how pleased I was with the Beautiful floral tribute for my Mum's funeral on 21st May. She managed to get some lovely cream Peony's, which Mum loved at this time of year. Tracey also mixed them with a mixture of yellow Roses, freesia's, tulips etc. Would recommend her for a special occasion.

Very impressed with the service I received today at Webbs. I came in with an unusual request (I was going to do a basic flower arranging class) and they were able to explain what flowers would work best and furnish me with some extras like ribbon and twine so that I'd have everything I needed for my class. The shop is light and airy and they are quite easy to get to on Cleeve Wood Road. Their prices are very reasonable and they had excellent knowledge of the different varieties of flowers and what would work best for different arrangements. Highly recommended.

Lovely flowers, lovely person. Tracy did a fabulous job in creating a spring flower spray for my Father's funeral last week - he would have loved them. I cried as soon as the hearse arrived, they were so beautiful - a ray of sunshine on a sad day. I live in Kent and we corresponded by phone and email. Tracy took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She was very empathetic and patient; especially as I had a special request that she include flowers that referenced my Mum who has dementia and was therefore unable to attend the funeral. Tracy also prepared a bouquet using similar flowers for me to take to my Mum on the day before the funeral so that she could feel included. She also took photos which she emailed to me as a keepsake. Tracy provided a sensitive, caring service tailored to my step mum, Val as an individual. We discussed her likely flower choices and as she was a flower arranger herself, for her local church this was particularly important to me.
