Ordered a bunch of flowers on Interflora as a last-minute gift and was so pleased with the arrangement delivered by Dillys. It was beautiful, bountiful and perfectly tasteful. Delivery was made by a lovely lady. Really happy with this and now I know to go directly to them and cut out the middle man.

The lovely florists at Dilly’s supplied all flowers for my daughters wedding- they were stunning. Service throughout was excellent including how on the weddings day Dilly’s put delivery back as late as they could to ensure that the flowers were as fresh as possible in the extreme temperatures that we were experiencing. Can’t recommend them highly enough

I wanted to send my wife some flowers for Valentine's day as I was working away. I couldn't get to the phone until dinner time, and called on an off chance they could help. a really helpful lady took my call, and said they could help. later in the afternoon, my wife received a beautiful vase of flowers. My wife was delighted :-) I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Great service, lovely flowers and fair prices. Whats not to like!

Fantastic bouquet, put together with flare, care and attention and delivered in double quick time (ordered 2.30 pm, delivered by 4.30 pm). I had a similar experience at Dilly's a couple of year ago when - as usual I was last-minuting- and I felt that the lady in the shop bent over backwards to help me out and get things done quickly and efficiently. I am clueless when it comes to flowers so their helpful advice was invaluable to me. I popped in to pick up the flowers before catching the train to visit my mum who is unwell at the moment, so I appreciated them having everything ready when they said they would. My mum used to be a florist and she was very happy with the bouquet! Can't fault them really.

Quality flower shop, Beautiful bouquet made up while I waited. Friendly and attentive staff. Prices a bit steep but quality and presentation of flowers made up for that. Little gem of a shop tucked away in the head street end of Crouch Street.
