Beautiful, just perfect I cannot rate Jennifleurs high enough! I had to order flowers for my sister's funeral on behalf of my Mum who was unable to go herself. It was tough just walking into the shop but I was welcomed with smiles, reassurance and advice. The tribute was simply beautiful, just perfect, I requested lots of species of flowers and greenery which had meaning and were so significant to my sister. Every single one of them was fitted so elegantly and sensitively into the tribute. Thank you Jennifleurs for listening and bringing a smile to a very difficult day.

It is a bank holiday today(which, at first, I wasn't aware of), and I sent an email asking if they could deliver today cause I didn't see it as an option on the website. Not only was she quick in response, but she was helpful and collaborative. Suggest ordering via the website, and still, she will manage to deliver today despite the bank holiday, or she could help me via phone. I ordered via the website. She is communicative and outstanding. I know my online "to-go" florist in Colchester from now on ❤️

After doing some research on Colchester florists ( I am not from the area) I discovered that Jennifleurs were offering an online delivery service so, late that night I placed my order ( ‘Topaz’ - Castle box) for next day delivery. Payment was processed but not taken until the following morning and delivery was made to my partner that afternoon. She was really impressed with the quality and freshness of the display ( she does know a thing about the florist industry) which it made her day. and after seeing some of her photographs I was very happy with he quality and service I had received. In these difficult times it is fantastic to have businesses trying to keep going and offering a quality online service like this. Thank you Jennifleurs

Extremely helpful understanding staff. Ordered flowers for funeral to be delivered the next day. It was no issue for them. They even delivered them to the rest home to be arranged around the casket for when it arrived at our house. They understood what I was saying, even though I was crying and could barely speak. Used Jennifleurs to supply flowers for my fathers' funeral. This was in lockdown where orders had to be done remotely. Jeff and Lesley were amazing; nothing was too much trouble and they interpreted exactly what our requirements were. The flowers were beautiful. We can't thank you enough. Jeff the owner helped us out with my aunts arrangement. Mind you we called from the US as my aunt lives in UK and Jennifleurs is her local flower shop in Colchester. Not only was the customer service impeccable but the owners son Jeff was A+++++ in his execution. We were very excited to be able to send flowers to my aunt all the way from USA and a bit nervous because we have never done business with anyone in the UK and in colchester. The shop closed at 5 PM and my wishes were that they contact my aunt or cousin to see if they are home to be able to get the flowers delivered. Turned out that I got an email with the pictures of the arrangement that they customised for me and then we also communicated on Whats app... But what sets them apart from any business is that my aunt was going to be home past the hours there business stays open. I believe she was going to be home at 5:45...So Jeff decided to wait until she is home and then deliver the flowers. Again, 100% excellent place of business and very HONEST.
