I asked for a nice bunch of flowers for my partner for her birthday, I didn't get nice, I got stunning,

Some time ago Petals did the flowers for my Mam's funeral. I had a 5 ft cross, the word Mam with posies in it and a white swan on blue ribbons. Even the funeral directors said they were the best tributes they had ever seen and, without my requesting, the florists put in crystals and faux pearls and also feathers on the swan.. The swan really was something to behold and the tributes really looked like the staff put a personal heart and soul into it. I have sent bouquets from Petals and other things as well as having bought things for my garden. One bouquet with very showy orchids lasted over 3 weeks and the recipient was amazed. The service here is kind, sensitive and personal. I would not go elsewhere. Fantastic! You did Mam proud. Thank you xxxx

Amazingly beautiful flowers every time. I’ve had wedding flowers, funeral flowers, Xmas wreaths and bouquets. Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies. They are kind, caring and professional. Never go anywhere else when I need really nice flowers.

Message to Ian Abbott when giving your review below why didn’t you happen to mention we offered you full refund and you refused what more could we do .. all our customers were told that the flower prices were very high this year due to brexit and demand .. we tried our best and it obviously wasn’t good enough ..

My experience with petals has been love and perfection, there flowers and the Art work that these beautiful ladies put into whatever you ask for or whatever the occasion could only come from there hearts, I lost my Son Andrew 6 years ago and my ladies at petals( I now call my Angels ) The love and affection put into the arrangements That I still have for him are so beautiful ! every single flower that is put into your work has come from your heart with such love and care,I thank you my Angels (PETALS) I lost my Son and gained some beautiful Angels 🦋🕊🦋💙 xx
