Have used Enid before and always happy but today I Phoned from Florida for flowers to be delivered one street over.Enid herself answered phone and said flowers would be delivered in a couple hours. Put phone down and called my Mum to tell her they would be coming later and THEY ARRIVED AT THE DOOR WHILE I WAS ON PHONE !!! She couldn’t have got them there any faster and apparently BEAUTIFUL!!! Great wee shop, needed some flowers on a pinch and the ladies were more than helpful and happy to help. Discovered Enid Reid Flowers on the internet whilst looking for a florist local to the intended recipient. My attention was caught by the full suite of 5 star reviews. Well, I'm adding another 5 star review. I believe it may have been Enid herself that I spoke to on the phone. At 3pm she offered me same day delivery, although I opted for the next day. The credit card receipt was emailed immediately and (without asking) a photo of the arrangement was sent the following morning. First class service Enid!
