Friendly and professional service. I ordered a bouquet of white roses to be delivered to our wedding room as a surprise and my (to be) wife said they were the most beautiful flowers she'd ever seen... so a big heartfelt thank you for helping to make my wedding so special!

Me and my wife only got married this afternoon and we only just this morning went looking for a local florist as a last minute decision to get some flowers. Not only did Gretna Flower Basket put together a beautiful bouquet and button hole they delivered them to the hotel we were staying at with just 2 hours notice! Thank you so much they were stunning!

These nice folks were awesome. Customer service like you never see any more, very hands on and very personal, catered to our specific needs for a hand fast ceremony at the Green. Got the size perfect, nice mix of traditional wedding flowers, Sottish greenery and plaid, got the flowers to the hotel the morning of without a hitch. Absolutely amazing service. They were so very helpful with all the arrangements for our wedding on the 4th of July. Everything had to arrange over phone as we live in London but entire process was smooth and they bought our vision of flowers to life. We got married at Gretna yesterday and Gretna flower basket provided all of our flowers and room decorations. I have to say we were absolutely blown away when we walked into the room as were our guest, the care, quality and attention to detail was amazing. Our flowers were also stunning! I would definitely recommend flower basket. A totally professional service with a touch of humanity. Absolutely loved my wedding bouquet and flowers for my hair. All delivered to the hotel in time for the hairdresser to do my hair. It's a shame we live so far away otherwise I would use Flower basket for all my flowers. Birthdays etc.

I cannot recommend Karen and the team at Gretna Flower Basket enough! I was panicking about getting flowers organised for my wedding which was taking place 12 days after everything reopened in scotland. I messaged Karen in April and she got in touch straight away and we organised my flowers. She was so helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted to add some more flowers the week before the wedding and Karen was great and it was no problem. The flowers exceeded my expectations. They were stunning. Such a fantastic little business. Highly recommend them if you're getting married in Gretna!

Wow , Gretna flower basket were amazing!! We had our wedding venue at the smiths hotel and Gretna flower basket (a local family business 5 minutes away) were recommended to us , they completely transformed our room with top quality chair covers , table covers , diamantés, large light up love sign , light up white curtain to cover the brown dividing doors in the room ( this is a 100% needed item to make your room look special as the hotel provided just the room and the table). We ordered the large light up love sign and was delivered/installed within half hour or so. The service provided was exceptional, they came and decorated our room at 6am , then came back again before the wedding meal to make sure the room was perfect for us. Nothing is too much trouble for them , don’t make the mistake of going elsewhere- phone Gretna flower basket and let the professionals make your day special. Fantastic, We would recommend Gretna flower basket my flowers were outstanding. We live 300 miles away all had to be booked over the phone . We arrived in Gretna the day before we were due to marry , went to visit the shop we were made to feel very welcome and special . This is a family run business and all the family played a part in making our day. The flower basket also decorated our table and seat covers in the hotel for our wedding meal , we had booked balloons for the tables but when we told them how the tables would be set out they changed this to fishbowls at short notice , Wow these were just lovely . Thank you so much for our beautiful table and seat covers all colour coded with the wedding flowers .We could not have asked for more .

Got married in Gretna hall hotel in July 19 and phoned up the Gretna flower basket for the flowers 2 months before. The lady on the phone was so helpful and polite. The flowers arrived at the hotel on the morning of the wedding and was beautiful the bridal floral and pin holes were perfect. I would recommend this shop to anyone getting married at Gretna, you want be disappointed.
