I was easily able to order, pay for AND book same day delivery...one of the only places in Glasgow to offer same day! I would just like to say a MEGA thank you to all the staff at Hello Petal. I ordered a Christmas arrangement of flowers for my Aunt, i can not tell you how happy she was when they arrived as a surprise gift, she was happily emotional and described every inch of the arrangement as she loved it so much. I had called many flower delivery places for my fiancée's birthday, but not so many were available to do same day delivery. Bless her heart, Karen the owner was fantastic and even though it was 10 minutes to closing time, was so willing to help me with finding the perfect bouquet and delivering it to my fiancée for same day itself! So empathetic, helped me with my budget, and even shared a laugh with me before promising to get it done. Completely seamless experience, would most DEFINITELY come back again. Called from Australia on the morning it had to be delivered for a funeral and was prepared for my choice of flowers to not be exactly what I wanted due to Covid supply limitations and the short notice. Got EXACTLY what I wanted plus a little extra touch of Australia in the arrangement that I thought was a long shot, but no they had eucalyptus too! Very impressed. Ordered for mothers day after trying with interiors who couldn't make the delivery on mothers day! Such a pleasure to deal with, overall not only cheaper than the others, but the flowers themseves (so I'm told) actually have a real fresh smell. The arrangement was really nice, my mother says that they are the best she's ever had.......all these years previously I've been spending more than needed for inferior flowers. The owner couldn't be more friendly is is extremely helpful. The quality of the flowers here is second to none, unlike some other flower shops nearby! They are obviously freshly sourced and last a very long time. Can't recommend this place enough.
