I can't recommend Kathleen at Kabloom enough. My initial dealing with her was friendly and professional and I was very impressed with the service. She offered to send me a photograph of the finished bouquet so I could see what the recipient would recieve. It was beautiful. These flowers were then delivered without me realising the recipient was actually on holiday for a week. This was my error and when I called Kathleen to find out what neighbour they had been left with she went over and above to rectify this for me... a mistake which was not her fault. She offered to have the flowers picked back up and a new bouquet sent out the following week when she would be there to receive them. I really was not expecting this level of care, service and understanding from her and honestly can't thank Kathleen enough for this kind gesture. All in all, if you visit Kabloom not only will you get beautiful flowers... you will get fantastic customer service to go with them. Thanks again!

Absolutely brilliant service, I needed flowers delivered by 5oclock it was 4oclock when I called her, and delivery driver had finished 4the day, cut long story short she managed 2get the flowers delivered on time and saved me alot of hassle, couldn't recommend her more👍

What a star this lady is I had a wedding on Friday and realised I hadn't ordered my bag spray & husbands button hole flower...I called kablooms in a panic hoping there was something I could collect on the way...I gave my colours a within half an hour had picked up absolutely perfect arrangements...thank you so much again for rising to the challenge with beautiful flowers!!!

Would just like to thank kathleen she was helpful when i contracted her yesterday last minute to get some flowers for my 20th wedding anniversary flowers where absolutely beautiful and very reasonable even the box the flowers came in had 20th anniversary on the side and her son who does the deliveries was very polite when i accidentally sent him to the wrong restaurant to deliver flower's he took them to another restaurant for me i would 100 % recommend this florist my wife loved the flowers and i will be using them again thanks again guys
