S.Living in the USA and with little details and short notice I ordered a funeral basket arrangement from Maisies Daisies which after looking online I thought was the closest florist to where the funeral was taking place and asked for them to be delivered directly to the Church where the funeral was to be as it was such short notice
Faye from Maisies Daisies emailed back saying unfortunately the Church was out of their delivery area did I perhaps know the Undertaker so she could perhaps deliver the flowers there.I knew little arrangement details and only that the Undertakers were way down in Dunfermiline and because it was only a days notice I said not to worry and I would have to cancel. Later that day Faye emailed and said she had found out who the local Undertakers the Dunfermiline ones were using to handle the funeral arrangements locally and so would deliver the flower arrangement there in time for the funeral.How she found them out I do not know as she did not know the surname of the deceased or the name of the Dunfermiline Undertakers but she went way far and beyond what anyone else would do just for one (I might add very reasonably priced) flower arrangement.
So I cannot commend Faye at Maisies Daisies enough for her outstanding and exemplary service and it’s nice to know there are people like her still around with old fashioned values.Needless to say I was told from relatives at the funeral that everyone loved the flower arrangement and that they were gorgeous.
