Wonderful family run florist and fruit/veg shop next door. Always so helpful and friendly with good choice. Kas in the florist side is so creative and always willing to help make the perfect arrangement, goes above and beyond, and with a patient manner when you are unsure what you’d like. Thank you again!

I had an outstanding experience with Stalks and Stems recently. I rang up for a seasonal bouquet to be delivered same day in Glasgow, and they didn't disappoint. My friend's bouquet was absolutely spectacular, so perfectly crafted with a stunning selection of flowers. The service I received over the phone was wonderful too, the woman I spoke to was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to order again.

I love it here, good people and good food. I always try get their big loaves of bread and almost always pick up all my veg from them too. They have a plant shop connected. The staff are lovely and the plants are the best priced that you'll find!

A gem in the south side of Glasgow. Just about every fruit, veg and spice you can imagine. They do a fantastic range of sauces, marinades too. Also catering for Gluten Free, Veggie and Vegan diets, you will find a range of pastas, noodles and meat alternatives.

The twin shops comprise of a cozy floral haven with hospitable and helpful staff, adjacent to fresh green groceries and great shelf food. The shop owners are always there to assist you in flower & bouquet selection, in addition to which the bouquets ordered online get home delivered all customized & fresh.

This shop reminds me of my families fuit and veg shop, eclectic in layout and random in terms of stock, everything is fresh and tempting. Make no mistake this is not Iceland (no slight intended) in terms of pricing but you get the quality your willing to pay for - from bottles of Big Tom to Fevertree and Fentimans mixers to fresh fragrant figs and beautiful red delicious apples - it's all here, all thats missing is your imagination. Vegans, veggies, foodies and fuss pots are all welcomed by helpful and cheerful staff the counters bulge with locally baked bread, bespoke cakes (excuse my culinary signaling) and bags of pulses and legumes (see me am pure sofiisticated). Its Malcolm Campbells prices with Marks and Spencers quality and Waitrose variety - also handy for Cafe Strange, Salt n Vinegar and that stalwrt of the high street The Co-op. Well worth a walk round - believd me, you wont be disappointed

Love this shop, you come here and its stock is always different - from beautiful fragrant figs to ayrshire tatties, and everything inbetween. This store is what Wholefoods in Giffnock should have been. Go there, buy things, cook eat, enjoy - you wont regret it

I like the produce and other items on shelves - you can find a wide selection of things It is such a pleasure to find this store in Shawlands. All staff are so kind and they always try to do their best to order things that you request for. A must visit for vegan and vegetarian people. Saima

A true shawlands institution a deli come greengrocer come supermarket but for all those things you cant find else where. Oh and the samosas! They are incredibly good.

Beautiful flowers at very short notice. I wanted a bouquet for my mother however couldn't get her favourite flower until I contacted Stalks and Stem. The florist was able to source theses for me for the next morning. I would definitely recommend this florist.
