Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced from The Magic Flower Company - and the product is just amazing! The flowers not only look fantastic, but they also smell really nice. We weren't expecting them to have a scent due to them being long lasting, however they are the gift that just keeps giving! We went for the milk jug posy and it is just beautiful. So thrilled to have found flowers I can have in my home all year round with little maintenance but continue to look brand new. Worth every single penny and more (!) The Magic Flower Company were fantastic throughout the order process, helping us choose which ones best suited our requirements (as I can be a little picky) - but they made sure nothing was a problem or too much trouble. Their communication about picking, packing and delivery was spot on, and the quality of the packaging, to protect the flowers, and the speed of delivery was great. The hand written note, was just the icing on the cake and such a nice touch. Could not recommend both the flowers and the company more! These guys are the best, and we will definitely be returning. This is the first experience I have of preserved flowers. I gifted the pink milk jug arrangement to my daughter. I ordered the Rose Garden flowers for my mums birthday and they are absolutely stunning! Such amazing quality at an incredibly reasonable price. I accidentally typed her postcode in wrong at check out and when I contacted customer services they replied within 24hrs and corrected the order for me, ensuring it was still delivered on time. They were so helpful and understanding even though it was my mistake. Cant recommend this company enough and will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you x

I have bought from the Magic Flower company many times, both personally for my home, for gifts and for my business. The quality has always been second to none, apart from on one occasion when a few white roses were affected by a minor defect but I emailed the company and Jack arranged a replacement of gorgeous orange roses. Great customer service! Whenever people see the flowers they cannot believe that they aren't fresh. Has saved me a fortune in buying fresh roses weekly for my reception desk, although the downside is that when customers compliment the roses and are told they are 'magic' and should last for at least a year, they invariably want to touch them! Great company, I intend to use them again and again!

Received the coastal bouquet today. Absolutely stunning. Packaged beautifully(almost a shame to unwrap it), and arrived in excellent condition. Lovely neutral colours. Would fit all colour schemes. Prior to ordering, I did think it might be too large, but no it isn't, it's perfect. It can be easily cut to a preferable size though. The personal thankyou note that came with it was a nice touch too. Really pleased! Would definitely make further purchases from here.

I ordered two different types of eucalyptus and am really impressed with them. They smell great and I received a generous bunch so have been able to split them up and place them all around the house. Would definitely recommend and think they would make a lovely gift!

I was blown away by first how unique the product was but second how good the customer experience was. My flowers (foliage to be exact) arrived within two days and have brought even more colour to my home that I had been expecting. Without sounding too cheesy the whole experience was magical, not just the product!

Although the flowers are quite expensive they are really something special. Unlike dried flowers which can look a little “dead” magic flowers are real flowers that have been preserved I guess and they look alive but not in an artificial way. I would highly recommend the companies efficiency in delivery, the delicate packaging which means they arrive in perfect condition and the actual product. I’m pleased that I have found this company.

I simply cannot recommend these flowers enough. They are beautiful and the first bunch I purchased (for my mother) have lasted over a year now.
