I called 'Helens Flowers' to order an arrangement for my Aunt's funeral. I live 100 miles from Grantham, so couldnt pop in to discuss/choose, and couldnt see an arrangement that I liked on the internet. Over the phone I described that I wanted a white arrangement - something subtle with as many lilies as possible.
