Ordered flowers for a family party and the arrangements were beautiful. The staff were so helpful advising me on colour schemes and recommending flowers. I was really pleased with the excellent customer service and the quality of the flowers, which were delivered in plenty of time. Everyone passed comments on how beautiful they were. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and value for money. Natalie did the flowers for our wedding and was fantastic and informative throughout. I gave her the colour scheme and she advised on the best flowers and knew those available at the time of year. The bouquets, buttonholes and centrepieces all looked great on the day and where delivered at the times agreed. Highly recommended and a big thank you.

I would never go anywhere else to buy my flowers! I’ve used this company for years and I always recommend them to everyone I know! I also rented a beautiful artificial number ‘5’ off them for my daughters birthday which went down so well with guests! Received a lovely bouquet from my boyfriend from Joy’s. Delivered by a lovely man and the flowers were gorgeous with loads of extras like diamantes and glitter. The flowers lasted a good few weeks and I was so happy with them. My boyfriend said that the girls in the shop helped him to pick them and were really friendly. Thanks to everyone at Joy’s!

Ordered for the first time from Joy's florist, after a friend recommended it to me. I rang up and they advised me on what to buy for my girlfriend as they could tell I was unsure on what to order. The girls in the shop helped me decide and even my girlfriend didn't think I picked them myself! Moreover, I was impressed with the quality and what she got in comparison to what was paid as when you're receiving something it's always nice to get value for your money. The little things offered Joy's mean that I would definitely go back again and it really have that something extra. I wanted to just put a little review on here to recommend it to anyone as I would definitely use them again as my girlfriend was more than satisfied with what she received.

I have used joys florist on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with how helpful and polite the staff are. There flowers always look good and last longer than flowers I have had from other shops I have recommended joys to all my family and friends.

Ordered 10 button holes for a garden party 28th June 2013, single white rose with 1 piece of asparagus leaf and 3 small salal leaves they cost £4.50 each. I don't much about flowers but I thought they were expensive - when I took them to my friends for the party they were horrified. You could see the wire through every leaf, they snapped as soon as they had been attached to the jackets, the roses had been plucked so much that the heads were small and not much petal left. The main mistake made as a customer was accepting them, but hey what did I know I was the organ grinder not the monkey.

Have used this florist on a number of occasions my first experience of this lovely establishment was when I had to order my mum's funeral flowers to be totally honest I didn't have a clue of what to order but Natalie was so kind and understanding she advised me of what flowers to have and took the time to make sure that I was happy with everything we had decided, even when I became very upset she just got the tissues and let me cry I felt such a fool but she was so understanding and when I saw the flowers on the day of mum's funeral I was so happy everything was perfect so much that people were commenting on how beautiful the flowers were since then I've recommended Joy's to everyone I know and they have never let me down this is a fabulous little gem of a florist and Natalie and her staff should be proud of all they have achieved
