D. Y.I wanted a heart-shaped arrangement at fairly short notice for my grandmother's funeral. I ordered it online and made the mistake of listing my own address for delivery; after contacting them they easily remedied this and delivered them to the funeral director's on the morning of the service. The arrangement was beautiful, the flowers really fresh and full and the card I chose the wording of was nicely handwritten. Very friendly service whenever I visit too, however busy they are.
I. A. G.Amazing attitude, delivered flowers were beautiful! It was hard to find a proper florist being thousands of km away from Liverpool besides I had some issues with an online order... However Joanne, who was in touch with me, was so incredibly caring, patient and meeting me halfway.

A.Lula Flower Shop provided wonderful, friendly service and beautifully presented birds of paradise, gerbera and ruscus displays complete with fairy lights and candles for our corporate event at the Hope Streeet Hotel, Liverpool. Communication has been great and the ideas plentiful! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Lula to anyone. Great job girls, the boss was mega impressed!
P. C.This review is a long time coming. I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancée) last February and asked Lula flower shop to prepare an arrangement.
The flowers were delivered within the requested time frame. A lot of courier / delivery businesses take these types of requests with a pinch of salt. I emailed asking for confirmation of the time of delivery the night before and I received a confirmation email at 12:30am! Just 1 hour after I had emailed! Brilliant. Put my mind at ease.
The flower arrangement was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
Vibrant, colourful and so well arranged. A very friendly lady delivered the flowers and I wish I’d given her more praise for the job done when she arrived but I was having a crisis whilst getting things prepared to propose to my girlfriend.
She said YES! I think it was largely down to the flower arrangement! So thank you so so much for your efficient, beautiful and brilliant brilliant service.

I was a little unsure what I wanted but the staff were very helpful, particularly Joanne who went out of her way to give me some ideas of what to buy.
Would definitely recommend and seemed great value compared to other florists I've used in the past.
