I will order from Chelsea Wild Flowers every time I need flowers sent in London. Today is my daughters birthday, I sent an email to confirm delivery is possible under the current conditions and they verified it could be done. Not only did they deliver as promised the orchid is beautiful! She was surprised and thrilled to receive such a gorgeous plant.

Chelsea Wild is simply, amazing!! I use them on every occasion with no regrets! They provide nothing less than the best, with quality flowers, brilliant service, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful too! Most recently (unfortunately) I used Chelsea Wild for my Grandparents’ funerals. Amanda and Fil helped me pick and decide everything, as I was clueless, and made the process so much less stressful and easier than I thought it would be! I refuse to buy my flowers from anywhere else after Chelsea Wild always continue to exceed my expectations!!!!

I am not a person to give positive reviews often (a little bitchy perhaps!). However, on this special occasion, we ordered flowers from PrestigeFlowers 3 days ago for my Mother's 80th birthday. They failed in every respect- from not delivering (a fairly basic tenet for a flower delivery) to the WORST customer 'service'. So then we called Phil.......... PHIL (and I capitalise because he IS that special) was kind, professional, understanding and fulfilled our order (with bells on) in the best way possible, and in under an hour, and saved my boyfriends Mothers birthday. It is, with lots of reflection, no understatement to say that Phil is a God and that we love him. We will ALWAYS use his fantastic service from now and forever.... xxxxx
