We were in desperate need of a florist to prepare a last minute order. Placed on Saturday for a 10am Monday delivery. We tried a lot of sites which needed minimum of 5 days notice. We are forever grateful that Rafia, who was able to take that stress off our shoulders, with a simple conversation. She create a wonderful display, on what was a sorrowful day. I would highly recommend Floral Designer & definitely use them again.

I have bought a lot of flowers from here. It has recently had new ownership and a complete revamp! The new website is so easy to navigate but if you prefer to go old school and order over the phone the lady who runs the shop is always a delight. She goes above and beyond. Wish every small business could be like this! Such a friendly atmosphere with beautiful plants, flowers and staff. All in all a great shop.

I found Floral Designer on Google Maps and telephoned them from my home in France. I'd been searching for a florist local to Acton who could deliver a plant in the local area. The lady on the phone was excellent, within a half hour she had WhatsApped me many pictures from which I could make a choice. I paid securely online and the plant was delivered in the afternoon. That is great service especially in these difficult times, this all happened the day before the UK lockdown. With great choices, really good prices and amazing customer service I truly hope everyone supports Floral Designer. It's a big "YES" from me.
