I arrived at Flower Station no more than two hours ago to collect a bouquet of 50 red roses. I was unsure of what to expect as it was my first time going to the branch but I was met by an amazing and outstanding team. Everyone was welcoming and extremely helpful, and despite the bad weather the team were in high spirits. The bouquet of flowers I collected however left me overwhelmed and speechless, so it meant my partner definitely enjoyed them. Due to all of the above, 5/5 stars was an easy choice and I’ll definitely be ordering again

The flowers were ordered for for my daughters wedding. They were always keen to ensure the flowers to be delivered were suitable, and conformed to our wishes. Seller offering 3 hours delivery slot for London on their website. After calling them and asking where is my delivery, as the order had been shipped. I've been told that this service isn't available anymore. I'm hugely disappointed with this as clearly stated on their website. The place where I always buy flowers with pleasure! Had a chance to ask one lady to suggest me how to assist my dying orchid. I listened to her suggestions and tomorrow expecting the required treats for my orchid! Today, on my way back home, decided to pamper myself with tulips that I wanted for a while! Lady assisted me so well, prepared flowers, listened to billions of my comments! Oh, my! The only flower shop that I'd recommend in the area!

Five star experience from start to finish. I spoke to Salina and she was amazing. I ordered wedding flowers for dinner table, bouquet, posy bouquet, and Groom's buttonholes. We discussed everything and she made up a board with the flowers to use. She was fantastic. The flowers were stunning and made the whole event beautiful beyond words. Great service and delivery. Website said explicitly they didn't deliver on Mondays for the post code I chose. I placed an order and wrote an email to the staff. They went above and beyond and found a way to deliver my gift on Monday. My friend was happy. Thanks for your help, folks!

I had ordered the Iberian Beauty, regular size. Receiving live updates and watching the driver move on the map was a nice feature since I was ordering from Canada and wanted to ensure the flowers arrived to the right location. Let me tell you how freaking AMAZING Flower Station is!! I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the UK branch of Teleflorist and their courier Yodel. I ordered flowers for a birthday gift online for a friend while she was working in London (I'm in California) and I never heard from them, never received any updates, for DAYS. It wasn't until I reached out directly to BOTH the customer service for Yodel and Teleflorist that I found out my order had been returned 2 DAYS prior for an unknown reason, which was now 2 days after the birthday they were intended for. After scrambling to get SOMETHING sent, I found Flower Station on Google maps, places my order and they delivered a GORGEOUS bouquet of peonies WITHIN HOURS!! If it was an option I'd give them 10 Gold Stars!

We have used Flower Station twice, for a birthday and now for a pregnancy and they have honestly been the best florist I have ever dealt with, and I mean that! My bridal photoshoot date got changed last minute but she helped to alleviate any stress by being very flexible and accommodating and so kind. I ordered a regular bunch of tulips for £21.95 as a surprise for my daughter in London just to say I missed her, as I live in Australia. There was also a small delivery fee. The delivery was traceable, which was just as well as my daughter was working from home that day and I’d arranged to have them sent to her work. By using the tracker, she was able to see when they were received and by whom and get one of her colleagues to take care of them. They were delivered within 4 hours of ordering. We checked with a small number of florists for our wedding, and the cost of Flower Station was 40% lower for essentially the same flowers and designs that others quoted, which made it a really easy decision to go with them. We weren't super picky about the exact flowers etc., just a general colour scheme, size, and arrangement. We sent them a few photos of what we wanted, and they produced more or less exactly what we asked for, with basically the same flowers in the photos best as I could tell. It was relatively easy to deal with them. Guests were impressed. There were a couple of bumps in the road, something to do with processing a payment that took a bit to iron out, and they set the stuff up at the venue a bit differently than we were expecting. No big deal, we just moved it around. Unfortunately, floral design for these types of events is stupidly expensive, so it's just a tough pill to swallow. But the prices Flower Station offered for the same product were much more affordable, and we were really happy with the results. Probably if you need really really exact designs etc. you have to go with the high cost bespoke florists, but if you can chill out and say 'lots of pastel flowers with greenery' and send a couple of sample pics they do a nice job at lower cost.

Guys I bought flowers from you in different occasions in the past, it has always been a pleasant experience (in and those cases I rated you well). They apologised and said they will deliver first thing tomorrow morning but I told them I paid for same day and I am leaving London early in the morning and will need the flowers. The best they could do was send it in a taxi to my house. Had to stay up until 1am to wait for these flowers. They need to work on their communication as I was in the dark about these flowers until I contacted them. Definitely would not be using them again due to delivery. However the flowers were nice.

Appalling!! I ordered flower to be delivered by phoning two days before the birthday. They were delivered at 6.34 p.m. and were placed outside the house, round the corner of the house in the side shrubbery. No note was left! I was sent three photos. What good is that?
