A Superb service. They were helpful, understanding and gave us what we wanted for my Brother - in - Laws' funeral. Their advice was second to none, even talking us out of buying a product that would have been more expensive, but not to the requirement that we needed. My In Laws were brought to tears by the beautiful display, and have asked me to personally thank the Florist. The Subratie family give their warmest thanks for the products they provided. I contacted Meade's by telephone last week to request a flower arrangement to congratulate my son and daughter in law on the birth of their baby girl. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and professional and promised a high quality bouquet. It was indeed!!! I have seen photographs!! My son was so delighted with the beautiful flowers, that he called into the shop to thank them. I would highly recommend using this florist.

What a lovely florist! I ordered flowers for a friends birthday through one of those third party websites and something went wrong but Meade's put it right. Joyce went out of her way to resolve the issue, even though there was no fault on Meade's part. Customer service is so important in a world that is so digitally focused, speaking to a person can often make a difference and provide so much reassurance. Meades took care of the floral arrangements for my Mother's funeral and they were beautiful. We would not have asked for a more lovely arrangement. Review long overdue. I used their services in May for my Brothers Funeral. Meade's pulled out all the stops at such short notice. I found this florist online after Interflora let me down with no customer service. Joyce was amazing, and helped me pick out a wreath for my Fathers service, then went the extra mile in coordinating with the undertaker who was handling the service to ensure the flowers were delivered on time. I received an email with a picture of the completed wreath and I was blown away. It was obviously put together by someone who not only knew how to arrange flowers, but by someone who cared. I feel like I was treated like an old friend and not just a customer. I plan on visiting this store the next time I am in London just to personally thank Joyce. Fantastic service!

We went to Meade's Florist to take care of all of the flower arrangements we needed for our brothers funeral. One of which was a large arrangement with the Chelsea FC crest. Everyone at the florist was wonderful and the flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful and amazing. The Chelsea crest was quite awkward to make but it was so perfect it could have been mistaken as a photo ! It really was a great comfort for our family that Meade's went to so much trouble for us to make perfect arrangements for and knowing that our brother would have loved them too. Very satisfied first-time customer. With only an hour until the driver arrived, and during lockdown, the friendly owner arranged a gorgeous bouquet for a birthday. Such a friendly and can-do attitude! I’d rung 5/6 florists before Meade’s and the lady was a breath of fresh air. I can see why she has lots of long-standing customers, including the local vicar. I went into the store in April, to order a coffin spray for my fathers funeral. The staff were welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. The spray was delivered to the funeral parlour the evening before. I saw it in place in the morning. It was beautiful! There are so many words to describe these wonderful ladies. Fantastic being one, kind, considerate and highly professional. Mum passed away and without Joyce and Ms Pat's guidance in terms of flowers and general advice I don't know where I will be. I’m being generous with the 3 stars because the only service I was expecting was the same bright red roses as that they had displayed on their website which I did not get.
