I bought my grandma some flowers for her birthday and she loved them! She sent pictures of the flowers to me straight away, she was so pleased. The delivery was fast, I got delivery updates so I knew when they'd arrive, excellent! Buy presents for people you'd like to receive yourself!

Great customer service, the most beautiful and elegant unique flowers, fast delivery. Nikk from Customer Service answered my emails very fast and friendly. Ordering process is easy ( please mind, only card payment so far 12/2021,no PayPal), you can add a personal note.

A gorgeous arrangement in beautiful colours - a cut above your usual shop-bought bouquet. Also, the hessian wrapping was a lovely touch. Service was excellent. I recommend them highly.

I ordered my first petalon bouquet in May, the 'Baywatch' it arrived safely and beautifully/cleverly packaged and I was impressed with how fresh the flowers were - and therefore how long they lasted. An interesting selection of stems compared to the usual big florists. I was so pleased I've just ordered another bouquet along with a cheeky request which Nikk from customer services gladly accommodated. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service from Petalon. Delivery on time (on one of their busiest days of the year - Valentine's Day!) and a lovely arrangement of flowers, some very unusual. Nearly four weeks later, most of the flowers are still pretty fresh - see photo taken on 10th March.
