The flowers at my wedding arranged by the London Flower Shop were absolutely beautiful. They were so gorgeous and exactly how I’d pictured them. It’s like Dior took what was in my head and there they were on my wedding day. Dior is an absolute pleasure to work with, we kept in contact in the lead up to the wedding and Dior answered all my questions. It's clearly a passion for Dior and the Shop, I would not hesitate to recommend them (I already have!!)

Outstanding service! I would highly recommend The London Flower Shop. Dior went above & beyond and took care of all my wedding floral arrangements for our wedding in the Shangri-La Hotel @ The Shard, and made, if not surpassed my expectations by bringing my vision to life. The floral arrangements were beautiful and the service was great. This was the 4th florist we came to for wedding arrangements, the other Florists either added stress by not responding in time or picking flowers we didn’t want / had no meaning to me or the grooms family. The LFS are professional, reliable, responsive, keep you updated, perfectly priced, exquisite quality, elegant and best of all friendly. The list could go on. Thank you Dior!

I came across this shop on a lunchtime stroll and so happy I did! I don’t know much about flowers but wanted real flowers for my wedding bouquet and boutonniere. Customer service was excellent and Dior was very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend.

After a bit of searching for flower shops near London Bridge, I was set on The London Flower Shop. I believe the person that helped me was Dior. She was very helpful in answering my questions a month ago. Very prompt as well and the Flowers were lovely. When I approached Dior, she was so helpful, thorough and passionate about helping me get the right flowers for our special day. She followed up quickly via phone and email, seeking to refine and give further input after our initial chats.What can I say? The bouquet was stunning! I loooooved the buttonholes and the gifts for Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom were gorgeous. We had a very happy wedding party! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was delivered to our hotel, which made a huge difference on the day. A massive thank you! You deserve all the stars! X

Absolutely outstanding flowers and service! I hired The London Flower Shop for a large reception that had over 165 guests to create centerpiece arrangements and accented flowers around the venue. Everyone complimented the flowers and thought they were outstanding. Dior Ola was so accomodating and had great attention to detail. I sent her an inspiration picture of what I wanted and she brought it to life even better than the photo. I would highly recommend as they have wonderful quality and price point. I phoned The London Flower Shop at 6pm to ask if there was any chance they might be able to deliver flowers locally to my daughter the same day. I really wasn't expecting it would be possible but they could not have been more accommodating and they delivered a beautiful arrangement to her in the evening after the shop closed at 8pm. My Father's funeral was last Friday the 11th February. The spray that arrived from another flowershop was far too small, with only 15 hours until the funeral, I called a number of flowershops who were not able to assist me at such short notice. I contacted The London Flowershop and the lovely ladies I was conversing with were able to accommodate me at such short notice plus delivered to the Funeral Directors for the next day. The spray was absolutely beautiful. Thank you all so much for assisting me at such short notice. I am pleased to say I have now found my new flowershop for all occasions. Speak to you all soon.

Excellent product and fantastic customer service. I will recommend this company to everyone. I was particularly touched by what they did. I wanted to surprise my wife on our anniversary by having flowers delivered to her office in the London Bridge area. I made a same day order from The London Flower Shop but the delivery company messed up - they didn’t show up at my wife’s office until just after 6pm - my wife was already on the train going home when they called her. I phoned The London Flower Shop to complain, and they pulled out all stops to personally deliver the flowers to our home in Essex that same evening! I was unable to visit my daughter in London who had just arrived home from hospital. I looked online and found the London Flower Shop so I phoned them. A very helpful young man replied and took an order which he promised to deliver the same day and a few hours later the most gorgeous flowers were delivered to her. I'm a novice when it comes to picking the right flowers for Valentine's Day. They were patient with me. They walked me through each option sending me picture after picture. I ordered from St. Louis to London through messenger and spoke with them on WhatsApp. They made it easy for me.
