J. W.Amazing place! I went in recently to pick up a new cactus - the team were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They had just had a delivery and unwrapped all cacti so I could review. At purchase they were able to offer same delivery! Fantastic service, folks and cactus! Would highly recommend 👌

Preferred plant sold out online but Rachele updated me when back in stock, recommended an appropriate pot (sometimes difficult to pick online) and delivery sorted ASAP (next day). Plant was a present and my colleague loved it. Wonderful service and experience buying from The Urban Flower Co. Would definitely use again.
