Thoroughly impressed with this florist, as we are not local we ordered from Van Arthur to deliver to my daughter on her birthday as she works in London. I checked for reviews and mostly all brilliant so I placed my order online and then phone up to double check everything was running smoothly. They reassured me and the lady said she would get someone to phone me once delivery was made to put my mind at ease. As promised the driver called me to say he had delivered to their office and following that I got an email and a photograph of the bouquet which looked absolutely stunning. My daughter was over the moon and said the flowers had made her day. I am delighted with the service. Highly recommended and I would use again.

This might be the best florist company in London and I tried a few over the last 12 years of living here. My parents started ordered flowers for me from here and every time the team at VA goes above and beyond to deliver the freshest, stunning looking bouquets, always on time and the customer service is top-notch, very friendly, professional and all around great. There was a tiny mix up because it was an international order (so some stuff got lost in translation) and to fix it, they delivered a whole new bouquet (it was a huge one) and very high quality chocolates with a lovely note from their team attached. I mean seriously, you can't top that. Very happy with this flower shop, hope despite the difficult times for everyone following the Covid-19 they will expand further, we need more businesses like that. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to make something special for their loved ones, colleague or a friend. A huge thanks for your business!
