Phoned up this morning for a same day delivery and the flowers arrived just after lunch. I asked for something bright and cheerful and this is just what my cousin received. Lovely handtied and very pleased. Thank you.

Such lovely people. Just been to the shop to buy some flowers for a friend and they kindly gave our little boy some free flowers as the ones we chose to buy were not the ones he liked. Such a kind gesture and totally unexpected.

We ordered some flowers for the top of our mums bamboo coffin. It was masses of deep red roses with gypsophila and a green foliage. Wow, so beautiful and arranged perfectly. This shop really did us proud. Staff are friendly and helpful.thankyou to all the staff 😊

I ordered flowers at short notice for my aunt. I picked them up the next morning as we were travelling to London. The flowers were stunning. A little display of really fresh yellow and white flowers. It was perfect. Not too large but very pretty and compact but when I placed them on her grave they stood out amongst all the other floral tributes. Thanks for the amazing service.

Mr Flowers in Maidstone done the flowers for my husband's funeral..the treatment from the staff was so very lovely..they made a very difficult time so much easier as they talked me through different options..I got the 5ft spray. And honestly I have never seen such a display..they done my lovely man proud..Thank you..💕💕

Just like to say what a lovely shop this really is nothing like going in and actually smelling a florist. I love to buy my flowers here I do so every 2 weeks the girl (dark hair) is always very pleasant and always happy to help me, she's very chatty and makes me feel at ease when I don't ever know what flowers are what. Would highly recommend shop always clean and tidy. Staff are more than fantastic! Keep up the good work dark haired girl!!

The flowers are nice and good prices too, but the customer service is horrible. It happened few times so I have decided to leave this review as it is not how you serve customers. I used to buy flowers here often and 3 different ladies served me. 1 lady always chats on the phone most of the time you come in so you have to wait for her to finish as no eye contact or welcoming smile or thank you for waiting... Second lady does not know a thing about flowers, what the name of the plant is, how to look after and etc... My last experience was the worst. There were 2 sales assistants at that moment and they preferred to chat to each other. Had to ask for assistance few times and the lady looked at me with the anger in her face. I said I wanted something nice for Christmas but she did not offer anything and I did not feel comfortable asking for different things as her look showed everything. I bought some flowers and she served me at the till point. I said merry Christmas and thank you. And she did not say anything at all. It was shocking. I will never buy here again and my friends said they had very bad service here too. Hope you will react to this comment as it is honestly not the way to serve people. Good luck.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my flowers. Long lasting and beautiful bouquets. Staff are so helpful and welcoming, especially the younger lady, she knows what I'm looking for every time I go in there and always makes sure I'm happy. Great customer service
