I have been trading for 25 years and find it difficult to read negative reviews and serve said customer a week later, we obviously are doing something right for you to return, feel free to find another florist for your future orders.
If you want Champagne flowers for lemonade money I suggest avoiding professional florists in future and maybe try doing it yourself, if you have issue with this feel free to contact me I know you have my number !!
