Last week I ordered a Bouquet of 6 White Roses with a vase! It was very beautiful and the flowers were fresh for a long time. It was ready for pickup the next day in the morning. Would recommend this florist!

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my daughter at uni for a surprise for her birthday. I live in Sheffield so needed to get thisnarrangednfrom Manchester. I had stayed in the Kimpton Clocktower hotel before and had always thought the shops displays were beautiful so decided to order from Giraffe. The service was fantastic and flowers were hand delivered no problem despite last minute arrangements. My daughter was blown away by how beautiful the flowers were. I would definitely order any flowers to be delivered again from Giraffe and can't thank the staff enough for making my daughter's day so special.

Exceptional company - we ordered flowers from Anna, but we made an error on our end with the request date. With less than 30 mins notice, Anna threw together a bouquet, and rushed it to the venue on foot so we could have our event with the flowers. Such an incredible gesture, and it made such a huge difference. Thank you for going the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Absolute brilliant service!!! I ordered a purple bouquet yesterday evening and with 30mins as I had forgotten to request a morning or afternoon delivery slot Michaela emailed me back asking which slot that I preferred. I requested as early as possible for today and that happened. The bouquet arrived just this morning and my wife was overwhelmed at it's beauty. I'd definitely recommend and I will use again Giraffe Flowers, so if you want to treat a loved one to something special to cheer them up or celebrate something, this is the place to use!

My first time purchasing from Giraffe and I was blown away by their incredible customer service and beautiful flowers! I placed an order for collection as I was looking for a gift for a colleague at work and sent a message on WhatsApp to confirm the collection date. The owner replied instantaneously even though it was out of business hours and even enquired if I had any particular colours in mind which I thought was a lovely personalised touch! The bouquet was so beautiful and Everyone in the office loved the flowers! Would highly recommend this florist and will be visiting in person now that they have reopened!

I very rarely bother leaving reviews unless I have a tremendously good/bad experience. Happy to say it was really good in this case! I sent an inquiry online and got a reply straightaway on the chat. Giraffe callled so say the delievry company could not delliver flowers to my daughter due to security measures in her apartment block,, so the owner of Giraffe took them around personally and mamanged to leave them outside my daughter;s flat herself.
