G. T.I ordered some flowers to cheer up a friend that wasn’t well. In the special request section I asked for the flowers to be pastel, blush and white which they listened to perfectly. The communication was excellent, they noted my order, confirmed the delivery and what was particularly lovely was that they emailed me a video of the bouquet before it was delivered. This allowed me to see exactly what had been created, which was not only beautiful but perfect for my friend. Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers and your excellent customer service. I had one happy recipient :) This is the only place I will order flowers from in Manchester from now on. X
K. C. (.We had Venus Flowers do our floral arrangements for our wedding earlier this year and it was incredible to say the least (I may be biased of course!). We had some fairly good ideas of what we wanted from our wedding, but Ben took it to the next level. After one consultation it was clear that they had the passion and creativity to pull off the perfect floral arrangement for our wedding. We pretty much left them to it, and it was the best decision ever.
Ben and his team managed to pull off floral arragements that you would only ever really see on instagram. The flowers became a strong talking point at our wedding as people marvelled at the Orchids hanging from the ceiling. The flowers were so high in quality that people struggled to see if they were real or not - all flowers were real fyi.
Looking back at it now, I don't think we would of trusted anyone else with the wedding flowers. The entire team at Venus was very friendly, acommendatating (happy to do site visits etc) and whats more, they were on the same page with us in terms of what we expected to see with the flowers.
Highly recommend these guys.

Original post: Gorgeous flowers (and presentation) which must have cost a fortune but didn't last more than a couple of days. Really disappointing.

They event sent me a little video of the flowers all ready to go so I could see first hand what they looked like before my daughter received them..
