Just wanted to say a huge thank you for delivering the Lacie bouquet for my wife. I placed the order online having spoken to a very helpful man who reassured me when I was concerned nobody would be in to receive the delivery on the day I wanted. When we arrived home we found the bouquet had safely and securely arrived at a neighbour's, beautifully arranged and packaged and each stem as pretty as the website's photo. Great value and even better being a local service. Thank you.

I ordered the ‘sunshine’ bouquet from London for my friend in Newcastle and made a mistake with her correct address; the florists were so kind they called me and when I explained I had got the address wrong, they were so professional and kind about it they delivered it to the correct address after my mistake!
