I cannot recommend Heidi enough - ordering online was straightforward and Heidi was very responsive on email. She’d taken extra care to ensure (as much as possible) the blooms wouldn’t suffer in the mega heat wave. My sister collected the bouquet - it was beyond our expectations and looked so much prettier in person! Thank you Heidi, it almost stole the show at the graduation ceremony!

Heidi was the florist we used for our wedding. We chose her because she took the time asked questions about the venue and ourselves and made it personal. She worked with us and the venue making the day a beautiful event. The flower displays and colours were superb, I couldn't fault them.

I thoroughly recommend Heidi to anyone who is looking for quality of service and flowers. I chose the “florist choice” bouquet from her website and definitely was not disappointed by the beautiful arrangement that Heidi created. From start to finish, Heidi showed such attentiveness when we spoke by email and telephone all the way through to delivering them at the specified time I needed them for. She went above and beyond to create a really enjoyable experience and considering I had been let down previously by a well known online florist before this. Heidi went above and beyond my expectations and created the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mum with a mixture of vintage roses, accents of gold leaves and amazing ranunculus then wrapped them all up in a stylish bunch and hand delivered them to the restaurant I’d booked for lunch. How on earth to send a grand birthday bouquet to a very old friend when she is in Norwich and I am in San Francisco? In the middle of a pandemic? I found Heidi’s website, loved what I saw, but wasn’t even sure if she was open at this time. She wrote me back overnight, we had a hilarious Skype call where I must have sounded like I was half way across the world (hmmm), and a day later a Beautiful bouquet was delivered. She even was so kind as to send me a picture and a little note after she brought them round. I am so grateful.
