P. B. N.I've been going to Whittington's Norwich (was AGM) for 17 years now and always come out with more than I went in for as everything always looks so beautiful that I can't resist them!
The staff are all hard working, lovely friendly people that will help you with whatever you need as they are interested in doing the best for their customers!
Highly recommended for everything floral, events, crafting and irresistible pretty things : )

L. S.After reading the review left by Hannah I feel compelled to comment on this review. It is totally unfair to complain about the staff regarding this incident. What Hannah unfortunately did not add was the account of the incident on the car park. I was the customer that had pulled into the forecourt of Whittingtons only to stopped by the vehicle trying to reverse park only to stop dead across the driveway. A lady then waved me past but as there was another vehicle parked opposite her I couldn't go anywhere. The lady then attempted to reverse park again a couple of times while I had to sit there, while they still kept waving me by pulling faces and muttering about the situation. Once she eventually got back enough I parked further up the carpark. I entered the warehouse and got my order. Once at the checkout it was actually the two women who glared at me at the counter, to which I said to the member of staff, "I don't know why I am getting the evil eye it was them who couldn't reverse park". So actually there it is. The staff said nothing in response to the comment I made and should be totally exonerated from this accusation. I feel that the women concerned really need to question their own actions towards me before they cast aspersions on other peoples attitudes. The staff are always helpful, pleasant and I feel that they were absolutely not at fault with this. People who feel compelled the write a negative review about a company and the staff, obviously look through 'rose tinted glasses' when it comes to their own action involved in the situation. I hope that Head Office at Whittington's will see my response to this and realise their staff have done nothing wrong and in fact neither had I ! Unfortuantely their review is one sided and inaccurate.
