B. W.Boutique flowers were absolutely fantastic - I couldn't recommend them enough. I was getting married the day before mother's day, a number of florists turned away my order as it wasn't for a mother's day bouquet but Boutique we're happy to help and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. The flowers looked incredible and I had so many compliments on the day about them. I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends. Thank you again boutique team!!

The lady who I spoke to on the phone and served me in the shop was ever so lovely, and I'm still amazed at how quick they got the bouquet ready for me to collect... within half an hour, late on a Sunday afternoon! Thank you again, my friend will adore these! Will definitely be back in the future!

I ordered on the phone as I live in Australia (Brit Abroad), calling from the beach the phone kept dropping out half way through the order & I had to call back - the lady on the phone was absolutely gorgeous - I would personally really like to thank her she was absolutely fabulous, brilliant service & staff!!! The order arrived several hours later & mum was thrilled to bits, so great I ordered chocolates and balloons as it really made a difference to mum especially as I couldn't be there in person.

Unfortunately we had the devastating loss of our baby twins and the funeral was very quickly approaching.
We popped in to ask for some advice around flowers and to see if they could offer us anything and from the beginning they were excellent.
We told them what we had in mind, and they shown us a few flowers and discussed how it could work and once we agreed, they said to leave it with them and they will sort everything else.
The flowers were lovely, the staff members were perfect, so respectful to us, understood the difficult time, and made it there job to ensure these flowers matched what we wanted.
I can’t recommend these enough, and will sure use them in the future.
