The Flower Shop Oxford made our wedding flower dreams come true. We booked them with Adam in 2019, and due to COVID, didn't get to see them until 2022 with Nichola, but it was worth the wait. Nichola went above and beyond trying to source blue cornflower to represent my late grandma even though they were out of season. She really cared and listened and I trusted hers and the teams creative work. It was also great to be able to pick up the flowers in the Witney branch. The team fully delivered.

I recently received my beautiful flowers in a kilner jar . Not only are the spring flowers fabulous, both as pleasure to the eye, but the perfume from the blooms captivates your sense of smell. My lounge smells divine. The blooms are first class, such lovely colours, and to be able to reuse the jar, either as a vase, or as a storage jar is such an excellent idea. I would not hesitate to use this shop for future purchases, because of the joy these flowers have brought me.

My wife and myself have been using Jason's Florist for many years and we are delighted with the recent changes that the shop has carried out - its selection on plants on display out the front of the parade brings the whole area up with its colour!!!!! Taylors next door has lovely small vases on the tables too! With all the work going on in Botley its nice to see that they care. The shop has a much better selection on flowers of late and their refurbishment is very nice. Really friendly staff who know what they are talking about - we have had many beautiful bouquets made and they last for absolutely ages!! Keep up the good work guys - Botley needs you!

I had two bouquets delivered and they looked lovely. They were beautifully presented Two days later half the flowers were dead. It is such a shame because I know my husband and son spent a lot of money. Instead of two vases they have been reduced to one!

EDIT.....Today, 20th July, we received a beautiful card and flowers apologising for the following incident. Unfortunately Jason's flowers used a different delivery driver last weekend. His sat nav had sent him to the wrong road. He delivered the flowers to a house on a different street. He hadn't checked the delivery address! We appreciate the apology. Hopefully this delivery driver won't be trusted to deliver again. We are grateful for the stunning flowers and apology. Thank you! Appalling service. Order made. Instructions to deliver to address. If no answer to leave at the back door. Received a text to say that a card had been posted through the door as there was no answer. There are 12 people at the house, nobody even knocked. Nor did they post a delivery card. We had to contact Interflora as to the whereabouts of the flowers. They told us that they'd been delivered next door. Impossible as our neighbour's are away! After checking with 9 other neighbours,it is apparent that they are nowhere on our street! Luckily the Interflora call handler was very nice. We've been refunded. But it makes it look like the gift was never sent, as late to send more. Not at all impressed.
